New Balance's 990v3 "Made 990" Comes In A Classic Grey Colorway
There's no disputing that New Balance, the Boston footwear juggernaut, is unstoppable when it comes to releases, conquering the entire streetwear market with high-heat pairs not just through collaborations but also through GR interpretations. The New Balance 990v3 "Made 990" is a continuation of the brand's recently-launched "MADE Version Series," which pays homage to the silhouette's origins, beginning with the NB990.
With the support of Joe Freshgoods, Ronnie Fieg, and Levi's Strauss, the 990v3 has developed a cult following in the industry, so it's no surprise that it was already in line for a "Version Series" treatment.
The model's traditional suede and mesh elements from heel to toe are in a familiar greyscale tint for a classic aesthetic, while prominent branding details forefoot, including the "Version 3" tag sewn on the collars, are in a contrasting red color. The heel clips, extra New Balance motifs along the back, and an ENCAP-cushioned midsole unit underfoot complete the dad-approved sneakers.
We have no doubt that die-hard New Balance fans have their hearts set on getting their hands on the New Balance 990v3 "Version Series."
