Air Jordan 4 "Black Cement"
Materials:
The top of the 2019 Air Jordan 4 Black Cement is largely comprised of the black nubuck material that we've come to love and despise. While the sneaker's materials aren't spectacular, they're adequate for the typical customer and sneaker aficionado.
Construction:
The pairs we saw were well-made, with no flaws that we could see. The midsole was one of our favorite parts of the shoe. There were no apparent paint flaws or the dreadful glue stains that have developed on other models.
Sizing:
Some consumers choose to go a half-size bigger in this shoe to prevent pressure in the top toe area, near the front netting. When I went true to size, though, I had no such problems. Shoes should relax with wear and any pain should go away.
Cushioning:
When it comes to comfort, the Air Jordan 4 is hit or miss for some folks. While the midsole and visible air unit are acceptable, they are not an all-day shoe. That being said, we must keep in mind that this sneaker was first introduced in 1989, and not much has changed since then.
